Complaints and consumer disputes

How to make a complaint, and what we do with it, is set out in our terms of use.

If we can't resolve it together, the European Consumer Centres Network offers free help to consumers in the EU, and the consumer authority where you live can point you to out-of-court dispute resolution bodies. Taking part in out-of-court proceedings is voluntary for both sides.

The EU online dispute resolution (ODR) platform closed on 20 July 2025, so we no longer link to it.
